The Linde Center for Music and Learning had its grand opening at Tanglewood in the summer of 2019. To mark such a momentous occasion, an invitation package of grand proportions was designed for the weekend-long celebration.
I designed a 10-piece invitation package centered around a piece of western red cedar recycled from the building project, which was engraved with donor names to recognize their generosity. A suite of invitation cards were delicately held to the cedar plaque with a belly band, and inserted into a custom-designed box envelope that ensured the invitation’s durability when mailed.
When the weekend arrived, I designed a variety of collateral for the ribbon cutting and several dinner receptions, including program books, menu cards, and table decor.
